A very well established, national LTC facility Provider Network is looking for a Full Time Dentist for Youngstown, OH area.1099, flexible schedule with excellent compensation plan.No evenings, no weekends, work around your availability.All Dentists receive:* Dental Assistant* Scheduling & Billing handled by Employer* All equipement, instruments, and supplies provided* Treatment room within each facility to patients on-site* Full service back office support handles all consents, pre-authorizations, patient scheduling, post op, and IT support*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent clinical skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.*Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients.* Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry and preventive care.* Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records using EHR.* Utilize aseptic techniques in all procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control.* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care.* Educate patients on oral health practices and treatment options.* Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.*Requirements** Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.* Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.* Proficiency in medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records.* Experience with Eaglesoft or Dentrix software is preferred but not mandatory.* Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices.* Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and comfort.* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.* Commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the field of dentistry.#GENJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per dayBenefits:* Flexible scheduleSchedule:* Day shift* No nights* No weekendsWork Location: On the roadby Jobble
