Job SummaryThis role is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and facilitate unit operations to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Perform front desk duties, including scheduling patients, collecting and verifying patient information, and maintaining accurate records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care and support.
• Comply with all policies and standards, including those related to protected health information (PHI).Requirements
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant program or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or LPN preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Medical terminology knowledge and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs).Preferred Qualifications
    • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Ohio.
    • Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
