Medical Assistant Job Summary: Perform basic Medical Assistant duties, manage patient flow, and assist with front desk duties.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitate unit operations by managing patient flow.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling patients and collecting patient information.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Completion of a Medical Assistant Program or graduation from a state accredited paramedic program with Ohio Paramedic Certification.
    • 1+ years of clinical experience as a Medical Assistant or Paramedic.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification.
      • Medical terminology knowledge.

        Physical Demands:

        • Standing frequently.
        • Walking frequently.
        • Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling 50 lbs frequently.
        • Climbing occasionally.
        • Other physical demands include sitting rarely, balancing occasionally, and repetitive motions constantly.
