We will rely on you to assess, plan and implement patient care; educate patients and families on disease processes, procedures and medications; and address various patient needs, including, but not limited to, IVs, PICC lines, lab draws, wound care, trachs, G/J tubes, Foley caths and medication administration.   • One year of acute care experience
  • Current RN state licensure
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to travel for in-home patient visits
  • Exceptional time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Home healthcare/case management experience preferred
