Job Description Summary:

The Clinical Leader provides leadership and coordinates the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the programs, services, processes, systems within responsible area; assures quality, service, and satisfaction, continuum and process improvement, efficient utilization of resources and financial performance; assures productivity standards are met.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's Degree (Required)ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart AssociationCurrent RN licensure in the State of Ohio; 3 - 5 yrs. clinical Experience and 2- 3 yrs. management/leadership Experience . Department-Specific (in addition to above)- Prior RN Experience in Med/Surg- ACLS/BLS Certified- in related field
