Apply now and work together with us to improve the health of those we serve. Position Summary This position leads the planning and management of the Inpatient / Outpatient Phlebotomy division. He/she develops and implements appropriate laboratory procedures and practices in compliance with OhioHealth policy and with state, federal, and other regulatory agencies. This position establishes and maintains interdepartmental relationships with all of the system labs, key OhioHealth customers, and Outreach clients. This position is responsible for all areas of the Balanced Scorecard, including customer service, quality, associate satisfaction, financial, and diversity and inclusion. Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: Bachelor degree in a science-related field; or Associate's degree with three to five years related professional experience and/or training in phlebotomy, nursing, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a laboratory. Four to ten year's related experience and/or training; two-plus years of supervisory experience. Experience with Process Improvement; Business and/or financial operations experience. High degree of analytical skills in the daily work flow management of department employees.
