HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, changing orders,
and cost control. Oversee manpower planning to optimize
productivity and maintain project timelines. Ensure profit margins
are met or exceeded through effective project oversight and
problem-solving. Lead project planning, coordination, and execution
while maintaining clear communication with internal teams and
clients. Foster strong client relationships by providing responsive
service and addressing concerns proactively. Promote teamwork,
accountability, and a positive work environment across all levels.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, encouraging
professional growth and continuous improvement. Maintain high
standards of quality, safety, and compliance with company policies
and procedures. Adapt to shifting priorities and project demands
with professionalism and composure. * Note, the above list is

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year
college or university; or seven years related experience and/or
training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data,
establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret
an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or
diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual
should have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs and Project
Management software.
