Job Description:

Kellanova, a preeminent innovator in global snacking and essential breakfast solutions, seeks a skilled Maintenance Reliability Supervisor to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This role is crucial in ensuring the optimal functioning and reliability of our manufacturing equipment across our diverse product lines such as Cheez-It®, Pringles®, and Eggo®. In this position, you will oversee routine maintenance, develop preventive maintenance programs, and implement continuous improvement strategies to minimize downtimes and optimize production efficiency. Develop, implement, and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Manage maintenance team to ensure machine functionality and minimal downtime. Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules. Lead root cause analysis for any machine failures or unexpected breakdowns. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Manage budget and forecast for maintenance operations. Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using maintenance management systems. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to analyze data and improve maintenance strategies. Experience in managing and training teams. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) preferred. Lean Six Sigma certification is advantageous.
