seasoned Commercial HVAC Service Technician who can diagnose,
repair, and maintain complex commercial systems. If you know
boilers, chillers, packaged units, and large-scale refrigerationand

respects your skill set. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and
troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems including boilers, chillers,
packaged units, and refrigeration Perform repairs and preventive
maintenance to keep systems operating at peak performance Conduct
inspections and catch problems before they turn into failures
Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams Mentor junior
technicians on advanced equipment and best practices Requirements:
10 years of commercial HVAC experience Proven expertise with
boilers, chillers, packaged units, and refrigeration systems Strong
diagnostic and repair capabilities Detail-oriented with a
problem-solving mindset Valid drivers license with a clean driving
record EPA Certification required Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb
ladders, and work outdoors safely Compensation & Benefits: Pay:
$40/hour, based on experience Sign-On Bonus: $2,500 total $500 paid
after 30 days of employment $2,000 paid after 6 months of
employment 401(k): Up to 5% company match Insurance: Health,
dental, vision, HSA, and life insurance Disability: Free short- and
long-term coverage PTO: Up to 4 weeks based on experience Overtime:
1.5 nights/weekends, 2 holidays Bonuses: Performance-based
incentives Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week MondayFriday,
8-hour shifts On-call rotation as needed Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry 5075 lbs regularly Climb ladders and work at heights
Work in confined spaces (crawlspaces, ceilings, mechanical rooms)
Bend, kneel, squat, and stand for extended periods Operate hand and
power tools safely and accurately Work in all weather conditions
