Lincoln Electric is seeking an experienced Technologist -
Sustaining Engineering to join our Engineering & Maintenance team.
At our Cleveland, Ohio headquarters, this role plays a crucial part
in maintaining the high standards and efficiency of our innovative
welding and cutting solutions. As a part of our dedicated team, you
will focus on sustaining engineering projects, enhancing product
lifecycle, and ensuring consistent product quality and compliance
with industry standards. Oversee and improve manufacturing
processes for existing products Collaborate with Product
Development teams to ensure seamless product transitions Implement
quality control measures that align with industry standards Conduct
root cause analysis for product failures and develop corrective
action plans Assist in the documentation and updating of product
specifications and maintenance procedures Support cost reduction
and process optimization initiatives without compromising quality
Evaluate and integrate new technology to enhance product efficiency
and reliability Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities Knowledge in CAD
software and ERP systems Proficiency in project management and
quality control processes Adept at handling multiple projects
simultaneously with high attention to detail Medical Insurance
