Job Description:
GearTec, a leader in producing custom gears and transmission
components for industrial applications, is seeking a skilled CNC
Programmer/Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This
role involves creating detailed programming for CNC machines using
advanced software to fabricate high-quality gears and mechanical
parts. Thrive in a technology-driven environment where precision
and innovation lead to the creation of tailor-made solutions that
meet our clients diverse needs. Develop and write programs for CNC
machines that align with engineering specifications and client
requirements. Translate instructions into computer commands so the
machines can perform the correct function. Prepare and operate CNC
machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
Supervise the machines while they execute the tasks and make any
necessary adjustments to produce a better result. Inspect and
measure finished products to ensure they meet all quality standards
and specifications. Modify existing CNC programs for efficiency
improvements. Collaborate with the engineering team to evaluate and
resolve any blueprint discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and
functionality of equipment and tools, adhering to safety protocols
at all times. Profound knowledge of CNC machine programming and
operation. Ability to read and interpret engineering designs and
blueprints. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Proficient
with CAD/CAM software. Excellent attention to detail to ensure high
precision in work. Problem-solving skills and ability to work under
minimal supervision. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision

a recognized institution. Any additional certification related to
CAD/CAM software or machine operation is a plus.
