This is a full-time, customer-facing opportunity with $75K–$100K earning potential , a steady Monday–Friday schedule, and a strong benefits package. What You'll Be Doing Greet customers, listen to their needs, and translate concerns into clear repair orders Present estimates and recommend services based on inspections and technician findings Coordinate repair workflow between techs and customers Follow up on open work and keep customers informed throughout the process Leverage Tekmetric and Kukui to manage estimates, DVIs, CRM, and communication Help maintain a clean, organized front office and a professional shop environment What We're Looking For 3 years of experience as an automotive service advisor or consultant Strong communication and sales skills with a focus on customer trust Familiarity with DVI and CRM software (Tekmetric and Kukui a big plus) Knowledge of basic automotive systems and services Valid driver's license with a clean record What's in It for You Earning potential: $75,000 – $100,000 per year Base pay: $20–$25/hr depending on experience Bonus plan: $23,000 – $50,000 annually based on performance Medical insurance Dental & vision insurance Simple IRA with 3% employer match Paid time off and 6 paid holidays Paid training and certifications (NAPA Auto Tech, Vision, online courses) Life insurance available Biweekly pay schedule About the Shop This is a clean, high-traffic, tech-forward shop that handles a balanced mix of domestic (40%) , Asian (40%) , and European (20%) vehicles. You'll be supported by a solid team of two ASE Master Techs , a B Tech , a C Tech , and three advisors . The shop sees 50–75 cars per week , with a strong ARO between $500–$800 , and each tech turns 40–50 hours/week on average.
