As a Project Manager based in Ohio, you will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables. Effectively managing construction projects through various stages, from project initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors, selecting tools and materials, reviewing contractor bids, and managing supply chain logistics. Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, implementing safety standards, and ensuring compliance with building codes and legal requirements. Communicating project progress to all stakeholders, preparing internal reports, and handling project documentation. Delivering on project objectives and maintaining financial objectives, including budget tracking and cost forecasting. Strong leadership and personnel management skills High proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g. MS Project, AutoCAD) Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills Ability to read blueprints and understand building codes and other design specifications Adept at budget management and cost estimation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. OSHA Construction Safety and Health certification.
