Job Description:
Description Summary: Every student and educator deserves to feel
safe at school—every single day. As districts face increasing
safety expectations, regulatory complexity including Alyssa’s Law,
and public scrutiny, the need for trusted, integrated campus safety
solutions has never been greater. Navigate360 is expanding
Campus360 to serve as a unified, modern alternative to legacy and
point-based safety and incident response systems. We are seeking a
Director of School Safety Strategy, Technology, & Partnerships to
serve as a trusted expert, advisor, and external ambassador for our
Campus360 platform. This role is designed for a highly credible
school safety professional — someone who understands firsthand the

evaluations, and strengthening Navigate360’s reputation as a
category leader in school safety preparedness and incident
management. This is a high-impact, market-facing leadership role
focused on relationships, credibility, and real-world alignment. In
school safety, trust is earned — not marketed. Districts evaluating
critical safety systems need more than product features; they need
confidence, operational alignment, and a partner who understands
their world. Duties / Responsibilities: Serve as a Trusted Safety
Advisor Build and maintain relationships with superintendents,
school safety directors, chiefs of police, SROs, emergency
managers, and district leadership teams. Engage directly with
districts evaluating Campus360 to provide expert-level perspective
on best practices, compliance considerations, and implementation
realities. Act as a peer-level advisor to school and law
enforcement leaders. Support Strategic Sales & Growth Efforts
Partner with Sales to support complex district evaluations and
strategic pursuits. Participate in executive-level presentations
and safety planning conversations. Provide credibility in
competitive situations involving other campus safety providers.
Translate operational safety challenges into strategic solution
positioning. Represent Navigate360 in the Field Speak at
conferences, regional safety summits, and professional association
events. Participate in panels and thought leadership opportunities.
Contribute to white papers, webinars, and industry-facing content.
Serve as an external face of Campus360 and Navigate360’s safety
philosophy. Support Implementation & Adoption Engage with districts
during onboarding and implementation to ensure alignment with
operational realities. Provide subject matter input on safety
protocols, law enforcement coordination, and emergency response
workflows. Help bridge communication between district safety teams
and internal product or implementation teams. Inform Product &

regarding district needs, regulatory shifts, and evolving safety
expectations. Identify emerging trends across districts and law
enforcement partners. Serve as a real-world validation layer for
product roadmap alignment. Other projects as assigned
