Job Description:
Andy Frain Services is seeking a dedicated Security Officer to
join our team, providing top-tier security services tailored to
meet the unique challenges of aviation and events sectors. As a
Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the
integrity of premises and ensuring the safety of staff, visitors,
and assets. This role requires vigilance, integrity, and a
proactive approach to identifying and resolving security threats.
Monitor, patrol and respond to security incidents on premises.
Manage access control systems and conduct security screenings.
Provide crowd control services during large events. Compile daily
reports detailing observations and incidents. Cooperate with law
enforcement and emergency personnel as needed. Enforce property
rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment. Conduct risk
assessments and surveillance activities. Engage in continuous
training and drills. Proficient in surveillance systems and
security technologies. Ability to handle crises and make quick
decisions. Excellent observational skills and detail orientation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Physical fitness to
walk and stand for long periods. Skills in report writing and data
entry. Valid Security Officer license or certification as required
by state or local laws. CPR and First Aid certification
preferred.
