(link: \t Enjoy flexibility in shifts and across departments, with access to self-scheduling and opportunities to float in ED, ICU, Med/Surg, Telemetry and beyond.\n \n\n \n\nJob Summary: Provides total patient care in accordance with physician’s orders and individual patient needs in conformance with the recognized standards of nursing practice. \n \nDUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: \nOverall performance rating of below indicated essential job duties\n\n \n\t Assesses patient and/or conducts screenings and documents utilizing standard scales when indicated as required per organization.\n\t Prioritizes and documents patient problems based on assessed needs/problems in collaboration with patient, family, and health care team.\n\t Documents changes in patient condition and effectiveness and timeliness of care/intervention.\n\t Utilizes organization-wide safe medication practices including but not limited to the 5 rights of medication administration, barcode scanning and other medication safety processes specific to the unit/department.\n\t Knows actions and usual dosage, indications and side effects of medications administered.\n \nCUSTOMER FOCUS\n\n \n\t Commits to the service of others by attending a class or program for service development.\n \n\n Exemplifies excellent customer service.
