FULLTIME NIGHT SHIFT (6PM - 6:30AM)!HIRING BONUS UP TO $5,000!Come join our awesome team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Tiffin Rehabilitation Center.The LPN provides residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with established facility procedures in accordance with state and local laws.Tiffin Rehabilitation Center is a part of Volunteers of American National Services which serves as the housing and healthcare affiliate of the Volunteers of America parent organization.LPN Job Highlights:Generous refer a friend bonuses403(b) Retirement Plan;Career scholarships;Quality training, continuing career education and leadership programs;Medical, Dental and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off (Vacation, Holiday & Sick Days)Pay in Lieu of Benefits programSchedule: Nights (6:00pm - 6:30am) and occasional weekendsSalary: $26-$27 per hour based on previous years of experienceEarn UP TO $31.86 per hour by waiving benefits! *Ask your Recruiter for details!Required Qualifications:Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of practice.Effective communicator with staff, families and outside agencies.Ability to prioritize duties.Customer service oriented with knowledge of successful customer service techniques.Ability to understand residents charts, doctors orders, residents plan of care, medication orders.Must possess the ability to effectively gather clinical data in regards to resident status and condition.Ability to utilize computers and other electronic devices for tasks such as timekeeping, in-servicing and documentation.Seeking candidates that have long term care experience.Essentials:Role models positive & open communication skills with all staff, customers, guests, residents and families.Follows all shift routines, policy and procedures regarding monitoring of vital signs, weights, administration of medications and treatments.Immediately reports any suspected abuse or neglect per facility policy.Accurately utilizes electronic systems of documentation as required per facility policy.Located in Tiffin, Ohio, just down the road from Autumnwood Care Center, is Tiffin Rehabilitation Center, home to quality therapy and rehabilitation for seniors recovering from injury or hospitalization.
